What Are Super Foods?

Doing this diet is the best chance you have to detoxify your body from fluoride, heavy metals, pharmaceutical drugs, toxins, MSG, BPA, GMO ingredients, Aspartame and other toxic things you have taken in.

It involves changing your perspective. When you buy something at the store you look at the packaging and there is a nice mascot on the front and it might even say its all natural but if you read the ingredients you wouldn’t be able to pronounce half let alone know what they do to you when you eat them. Most people don’t care or don’t want to know, willfully remaining in ignorance of the fact that they are eating toxic poison!

Everything is full of industrial waste by products, heavy metal, carcinogens, hormone mimicking plastics (which cause cancer and other reactions). People wonder why cancer is so rampant? This is why!

You must become conscious of these things and avoid them.

Avoiding the toxins in your diet and the toxins you put on yourself is one half of this.

Super Foods Diet – Part 2

The second part of this lifestyle change is getting clean water. The tap water you are drinking is most probably contaminated with a variety of chemicals. Fluoride, chlorine, heavy metals, potential radioactive particles, pharmaceutical drug residues (multiple at once all interacting psychoactively), etc. You can see how this would be a problem since we are made up mostly of water. It is crucial we get the cleanest water possible.

There are a few options. You can drink rain water if you have it and it’s clean. You can drink spring water but buying water all the time can add up to a lot.

The best option is to buy a water filter. This is the one I recommend and use personally to filter out everything mentioned above. I use t he Ultra-UC model.

Once you research what is in bad food you should never want to go back, if you do you have to realise that these foods are designed to be addictive. The get the cheapest, lowest quality ingredients (i.e. GMO) and add a bunch of MSG
