Poisons To Avoid

You may think you eat healthy but you may be shocked to find out that you are most probably eating copious amounts of poison without even knowing.

By reading this page and acting on the information there is a good chance you will be able to heal yourself of a disease/illness/disorder, lose weight, gain muscle, become happier and more aware.

Removing toxins from the diet is the first part of relieving symptoms. Toxins heavily tax your body and your body puts a surprisingly large amount of effort into protecting itself from toxins!

The Toxins To Avoid


The first of the toxins I refer to are Genetically Modified Organisms (referred to as GMO) ingredients. The most common GMO crops are soy, canola, cottonseed, corn, tomatoes, wheat, rice, papaya and there are others. If you are going to eat anything that may be GMO be sure to eat it organic. It is best to avoid these things anyway since you are trying to heal, there is no logical reason to eat them.

How To Avoid GMO:

To avoid GMO ingredients you need to read the ingredients list of what you are eating, THIS IS KEY! If you do not do this you will fail and never fully avoid poison. Many of the strange, seemingly unidentifiable ingredients are actually derived from GMO corn and soy.

Organic produce is important because it cannot be GMO and it has SIGNIFICANTLY less pesticides.

If you cannot afford organic check out this list. It shows the top 12 most and least pesticide sprayed:

Avoid corn and papaya from is on this list but the rest of the produce is OK to eat inorganic as they have been shown to have the least amount of pesticide reside left over.

Packaged/Processed Foods:

As I have said before processed foods are dangerous if you do not read the ingredients list. Just looking at the front of the package does not tell you what the food actually consists of, and this is where the danger lies.

Though it is about Mcdonalds it applies to everything and this is the sort of stuff you are eating if you eat anything without reading ingredients lists. This includes restaurants, other fast food places, chip shops, processed foods, packaged foods, instant foods, microwavable foods, etc.

Tap Water:

The second part of this lifestyle change is getting clean water. The tap water you are drinking is most probably contaminated with a variety of chemicals. Fluoride, chlorine, heavy metals, potential radioactive particles, pharmaceutical drug residues (multiple at once all interacting psycho actively), etc. You can see how this would be a problem since we are made up mostly of water. It is crucial you get the cleanest water possible.

Filtering your water is one the best changes you can make to permanently and easily improve your health.

Just imagine everything about your health, well being and experience improving just by changing this one thing. Being made up mostly of water we can use toxic water or clean water that will hydrate our cells and improve function.

Bathing in this toxic water isn’t helping as we absorb roughly 60% of what comes in contact with our skin (which I will talk more about in the next section.) Most shower filters can’t get rid of fluoride but can get rid of chlorine and other nasty contaminants. Chlorine damages our DNA and causes increased skin aging.

Exterior Toxins To Avoid:

This is what I was talking about earlier. Approximately 60% of what you put on your skin your body absorbs and this significantly effects your health and perception.

If you are like most people you would use various skin lotions, facial creams, harsh skin washing chemicals, make up, hair sprays, deodorants, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lip balm, etc. Anything you put on your body will effect you whether you acknowledge this or not.

Most of the things you use are full of industrial waste by products from petroleum and other industries. These are things that they would usually have to pay to throw away, instead they make money selling it to companies that make money selling it to you!

I’ll give you some examples of just how much poison you can be putting on yourself by grabbing just one bathroom item.

Hand soap:

Ingredients: Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Cocamide DEA, Citric Acid, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Magnesium Chloride, Magnesium Nitrate, Fragrance, Yellow 5 (CI 191401), Blue 1 (CI 42090).

Looks pretty messed up right? You put this kind of thing on your skin multiple times daily and this is just one thing among many.

Lets break down what some of these ingredients do:

Sodium Laureth Sulfate:

“soaps and shampoos containing sodium laureth sulfate can lead to direct damage to the hair follicle, skin damage, permanent eye damage in children and even liver toxicity”

It is not recognized by the body as anything it would naturally encounter, our liver cannot metabolize it. This means it can quite easily remain in our body for a long time and cause damage over and over. The more you use items with this the more of it is in you the harder it is to get out.

Cocamide DEA:

Wikipedia says “Cocamide DEA, or cocamide diethanolamine, is a diethanolamide made by reacting the mixture of fatty acids from coconut oils with dietanolamine.”

What is diethanolamine? It is the reaction of ethylene dioxide with aqueous ammonia. It is shown to be carcinogenic.

“Methylchloroisothiazolinone can cause chemical burns and it is a skin and membrane irritant.”

It has been shown to cause nerve damage. Avoid.


Many ingredients labelled fragrance are of unknown origin and can be of natural and/or synthetic origin. It has been shown that fragrance causes skin irritations so the logical thing to do is avoid this.

Yellow and Blue color:

Many colorings have been shown to be highly carcinogenic and have other horrendous effects. While I cannot find information on these specific colorings the caramel coloring in Coke and Pepsi (another other foods/beverages) is linked to cancer so beware.

Basically what I’m trying to say with all of this is just don’t eat or use poison because it is killing you. Once you get it you will wonder why you didn’t get it before! Doctors don’t say anything about this because they make so much money off of people remaining in ignorance of these facts.

Also cut down on coffee and cigarettes. Get organic tobacco and coffee to significantly improve your health!

So I’ve Stopped Eating/Subjecting Myself To Poison, What Now?


Once you have stopped inundating yourself with toxins your body will have energy to heal and to uptake nutrients. Toxins stop our body from absorbing key nutrients. These nutrient deficiencies lead to our body not being able to uptake other nutrients and the cycle goes on and on and on until you die a premature, painful death.

Now that you have stopped you can start the healing process. This is the second half of the battle.

There is a learning curve that comes with this and you will get better and better at health as you strive for better and better health. Stick with it you will get into the swing of things if you keep at it. The main challenge for most people is having a reason to stick with it. Now that you have read this page you have a logical reason to stick with it. The food you eat is not abstracted, you can learn what it is yourself by researching.

You will want to take this list I showed you before:

Buy lots of fruit and veg off of this list (minus corn and papaya of course as they can be GMO). As for any other produce it is best if you buy organic.

There is a difference between organic processed/packaged foods vs organic produce. Stick with produce and make everything from scratch to avoid toxins.

You are going to need to completely change your perspective when it comes to what you do and do not allow into your body if you want to have the best chance of healing.

Eat healthy foods, stop eating poison, strive for better health. It is as simple as that!
