Many people are so casual with what they choose to eat. They simply buy whatever is on special or whatever has the most eye catching designed packaging. Because of our current system based on money people will make bad food choices to save money. In a better world only the best quality food would be grown and we wouldn’t have to go through so much trouble just to avoid poison and be healthy!
First look at the ingredients list of this:
McDonalds Big Mac Bun ingredients: (underlined ingredients indicate strong possibility of being GMO)
Enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, high fructose corn syrup and/or sugar, yeast, soybean oil and/or canola oil, contains 2% or less of the following: salt, wheat gluten, calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, dough conditioners (may contain one or more of the following: sodium stearoyl lactylate, datem, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide, mono- and diglycerides, ethoxylated monoglycerides, monocalcium phosphate, enzymes, guar gum, calcium peroxide), sorbic acid, calcium propionate and/or sodium propionate (preservatives), soy lecithin, sesame seed.
This is just one part of the burger. Some people try to rationalize the burger by saying “it’s just a bun, some lettuce and meat.” This isn’t the case. As you can see here the “bun” is actually a concoction of genetically modified crops and toxic ingredients. What it actually consists of is nothing the average person would expect to be in a bun. Would you personally choose those ingredients if you made this at home?
Compare that with Subway, a fast food restaurant perceived by many as “healthy”.

This is mostly GMO, so this isn’t much better than the McDonalds bun now is it? Still many people fool themselves daily thinking Subway is a healthy choice.
Now if you read and research the ingredients list of any other processed food you are going to find these ingredients. The most commonly genetically modified (GMO or GM) crops are soy, corn, canola, cottonseed, wheat, potato, tomato, sugarcane and sugar-beet. These have been linked to tumor growth in various studies. The herbicide sprayed on GMO crops called round up or glyphosate (that the GM crops are engineered to resist, meaning they can be drenched in highly toxic substances without dying.) is also linked to tumor growth, infertility, allergies and other problems. Monsanto, the company that controls the majority of the GMO food supply has a corrupt past and present. They have also been shown to contain significantly less nutrients, due to a variety of reasons.
With all of that in mind you can see why would want to avoid genetically modified foods. To do that you are going to need to go through this 1 Logical Thought Process to avoid not only GMO but any other poisons in your food and then easily take your health to the next level.
The 1 Logical Thought Process
The process is simple, before you allow anything into or onto your body read and research the ingredients list or what find out what it consists of. This is the key to avoiding poison and finding the best foods.
For food it is simple, read the ingredients list and avoid soy, corn, canola, cottonseed, wheat, potato, tomato, sugarcane and sugar-beet and their derivatives (i.e. “sugar” is made from GM sugarcane/beet, “HFCS” is made from GM corn, “antioxidant (330)” is made from GM soy! Animal products from animals fed GMO or bad diets will be incredibly unhealthy! If you don’t know what it is then look it up, this is KEY! Don’t skip over this, there is so much information in the world you can be overwhelmed. This is key. Read and research the ingredients list.

Eventually you will know what is bad and what is good, this will become easier. Through logical reasoning you will find it much easier to ascend on your path of health and knowledge. You will move to a more organic whole foods based diet. Organic whole foods include fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, greens, herbs, meat, dairy, eggs, superfoods.

For water if you are on city water you are most probably receiving fluoride and an array of other dangerous chemicals.
Fluoride is an industrial waste by-product of phosphate mining, fertilizer production and other industries. Highly toxic, when it escaped from factories it killed vegetation and caused severe skeletal fluorosis in the nearby wildlife. To stop it escaping they spray water at the fumes making a sludge. This is called hexafluorosilicic acid. This and various other chemicals are mixed to create sodium fluoride that is added to the water supply. Fluoride is linked to IQ reduction and more. When removed from European water supplies there was no noted increase in cavities and in some cases cavities decreased further after removal. Since the only purpose of fluoride was to improve dental health it has been proven useless, not only useless but toxic and unnecessary.
Chlorine in water is toxic. When it is placed in the water it reacts with everything inside the water creating toxic byproducts (dioxin, halogenic byproducts, trihalomethanes and more.) that vary depending on the water content. Chlorine also creates chloroform which is released when you have a hot shower into the steam. Chlorine accelerates aging and damages DNA.
There are also traces of pharmaceutical drugs in tap water. The content and amount vary from area to area but there have been upwards of 20 or more detected at one time. These drugs are not designed to mix with each other. By themselves they are dangerous enough, mixed with other drugs they are even worse! Mixed with chlorine “When it is placed in the water it reacts with everything inside the water creating toxic byproducts” it is even worse!
As you can see it is best to heavily filter your tap water or simply buy spring water and rain water tanks.
External toxins include clothes you wear (polyester is estrogen mimicking, limits testosterone), detergents your clothes and utensils are washed in, shampoos, conditioners, skin lotions, toothpaste, floss, makeup or anything that you put on you! You get so caught up in routine you probably aren’t even conscious of what you are putting on yourself! Go on, go read the ingredients list of this stuff right now then research each ingredient. I know, at first it seems absolutely insane how much poison we are inundated with daily. You just want to forget this and hide away, but that won’t help. Just deal with this now, face it. Make the changes. You are putting the energy towards buying the poison. Read this over and over until you understand how to take your life to the next level so you can use that same energy to heal yourself.
