Healthy Delicious Muscle Building Jelly

This muscle building meal contains herbs that assist in recovery and muscle gain. It contains essential nutrients like zinc, copper, superoxide dismutase, essential fats and growth factors for muscle, hair, skin, bone, cartilage from the colostrum. The chia seeds are high in omega 3 and have a high level of fiber and minerals. The peanut butter adds a nice taste and texture, you can substitute with any other nut/seed butter. Colostrum contains natural pro-biotics and the raw honey contains live enzymes which all assist digestion and a healthy gut flora.

Method:

  1. Heat up some water and make a tea of the cinnamon, he shou wu and ashawaganda.
  2. Chop up the dates into small pieces and put in the tea once it has cooled down a bit.
  3. Mix in raw honey.
  4. Add colostrum and mix in.
  5. Add chia seeds and mix until it starts gettting more solid.
  6. Add a spoonful of peanut butter and mix in well.
  7. Add water or more chia seeds until you reach the consistency you like.
