You might be surprised to find out that this plant that has stung you your whole life holds a host of health benefits and I am telling you to ingest it.

The best way to consume stinging nettle is through juice or tea. You can eat the leaves straight off of the plant if you pinch them from the bottom and fold the spikes in on themselves. The whole plant can be cooked in the oven, fried or steamed also.
