Super Healthy Wild Herb Salad

Ingredients:

Dandelion leaves/flower           Apple Cider Vinegar

Plantain                                             Salt

Yellow capsicum                           Pepper

Onion                                                 Olive Oil

This recipe is simple. I was walking around my neighborhood and I found some HUGE dandelions and plantain. I picked a lot of the dandelion leaves and some of the flowers. There was also abundant plantain herb around, very medicinal.

I then picked a homegrown capsicum from my garden and brought all this inside.

Chop up all the greens  and throw in your salad bowl.

Finely chop the onion and add to bowl.

Chop capsicum and add to bowl.

Pour over apple cider vinegar and

Salt and pepper for seasoning.
